How do i jump more further in long jump??

Well you can do a variety of things. First of all I know this is probably the answer you're going to groan and be like I don't care but practice, practice, practice. Ask a coach for advice on technique or look some techniques up on the internet. I've done track and field for a couple years and long jump was my specialty for a couple years until I switched to triple. But what you need to do is stretch your legs you. When you jump reach out and try to touch your toes. Lean forward and when you land-you should fall over and get your knees all sandy and get sand in your shoes. It's the best way. Also I know it's called long jump but there's this really annoying thing called gravity. So now that you've got 3.1m. try thinking about jumping higher instead of farther. It probably makes no sense but think about it. If you jump higher it'll take longer for you to land which means you'll go farther. Also you have to measure out a spot to start from. And sprint towards the pit without slowing and no stutter steps. YOu should just be able to sprint, sprint, sprint, jump. Not sprint, sprint, sprint, try to get your feet on the board, jump. Hope I helped and good luck. You've chosen an awesome sport to get involved with!
