Who should I pick up as my kicker?

I know it's only a kicker, but hey, it could be a difference maker lol. I need to drop Vinatieri this week since he's on bye. The best available kickers in my league are: M. Prater vs. KC, J. Kasay vs. ATL, J. Nedney vs. NO, and J. Elam vs. CAR. Who should I pick up lol?
