This is a difficult one to answer. But I will do my best, coming from a woman's perspective. The easiest way to put it is that you need to let things be natural. I honestly believe that if you fall in love with someone (honestly and truly in love), that the love you have for each other will never die. But it sounds like you two had a somewhat unhealthy relationship, especially towards the end. You need to figure out what went wrong last time and how you are going to change if you guys decide to try again. Begging for her to take you back is pointless. You should treat this like a new relationship...because it NEEDS to be new (since the old relationship clearly didn't work out). Romance her and show her that you care. But begging will just make you look desperate and she might feel forced to be with you which is a bad way to start this relationship. Be natural and like I said, just go into the date as if she is an amazing new girl that you want to get to know. I wish you the best of luck :).
