Why do I keep dreaming about my girlfriend's farewell party???

Last month, she left for Florida, and we threw a going-away party for her. We had mixed emotions--we were sad, but we tried to lighten up the mood. The thing is, I always dream about it! I even dream about her departure--at the airport! Why do I have a recurring dream about that???
