Is the male,the leader?

I have two kitties(3 months)they were born from same mother and were always together!Lately i�ve been noticing that the male one is overtaking over the little girl!When i feed them,he finisches so quickly his plate and then goes straight away to the sister�s one to finish hers too.The poor baby is then left we no foods at all.Usually i try to look at them while they eat so that i can take him away from her foods,but i cannot always do that.Besides this,in every situation he is always the one taking over,why is this and is it possible to do something about it,cause sometime i feel pity for the female and i start to hate the male :) Thanx for any advice!
