What movie is this line from,"I'm gonna get you edgar"?

There is a group of teens in the movie who are in the woods? I think there was school bus somewhere in there. I think the movie was made in the mid to late 1980s, maybe early 1990s. I watched the movie with my dad all the time and hear always said that damn line. Any help is much appreicated.
