S'pore brand of culture now is to try to be at the top if not First in whatever we want to do. It is right to aim at the TOP in all climbing or running so that if come to the worst position it will still be within the Top Ten. Some can be 1st but others we are not too good at will maintain within the top TEN so that within reach to go infront of the line.
