Will a hidden tattoo keep me from joining the Air Force?

I have a tattoo of a set of a woman's leg's coming from my armpit, so the hair resembles her hoo ha but no tattoo of an actual hoo ha, sort of like ====(armpit hair)====, it's easily hidden under a t-shirt, but can this exempt me from joining the Air Force?
