San Andres Island is great. Cartagena is hard to beat for night life or great people. Bogota has the best night life. (Zona T or Andre Carne De Res) Colombian people and outgoing, funny and love to party. No one ive ever met can put away more alcohol than my tiny mother in law. There is much to see..
