Questions about girls? (please read the details)?

well theres this girl that texts me all the time and ims me all the time, we talked for about 3-4 hours today (at one time) and were gonna hang out this week sometime and shes like really excited about it and im kinda excited but im not like super excited and i think this girl really likes me and shes cute and really nice i just want us to be friends cus i dont want to date a girl i would never get to see (different schools), but when we hang out im gonna make sure she has a good time i just dont want her to fall in love with me which i think its to late for that. but its weird cus girls i dont want to date text me all day long all day every day..and girls i want to date barely talk to me..its just weird im very confused and have to many things on my mind..help?:/
