Question about Jesus Christ?

I've been wondering for the longest time...why do people believe in jesus or Christianity when they ahve never seen Jesus in their lives..i just want to know, but i don't wanna hear answers like "you have to have faith", "i just know he exists", or the most retarded one..."i have talked to him". And even if the Bible was to exist. Lucifer would be the good guy because he promoted free will. and "god" was basically like a dictator that wanted everything his way or he damned his own children to eternal suffering. Lucifer was kicked out of heaven for rebelling against the dictatorship. Seems to me like either the Bibles fake or if its real Lucifer should be the good guy.
