Pastor stops speaking to one of his flock.?

Hi, Im a female, I have attending my church for about 2 yrs.. I volunteer alot at chuch and have enjoyed it.. However, My senior pastor just recently stopped speaking to me and I dont know why..My church is an evangelical church.. I get along with everbody and have developed a friendship bond with my other pastors and their wives..But now I feel like I have done something wrong and I dont want to go back to the church again.. I hate feeling this way... I feel that if I have offended my pastor he should at least try to resolve the issue and not just stop talking to me.. I dont want to keep going to a church if the man who is supposed to represent GOD stops talking to his Sheep// What kind of craziness is that.. I thought about approaching him but since he is a male I feel that I may look bad.. But how much worse can I look ? I feel like a Leper.. What should I do..?.. He sees me coming his way and he turns and walks the other way.. what kind of nonsense is this?? can anybody give me some advice...
