A guy says to me that he will leave his studies juz caz i dont luv him?will he really do so or not.pl'z hlp.?

Basically,he luvs me from about 8 months.now he says to me that he will leave his college if i dont say yes.he says that he can't concentrate overhis studies.but i can't luv him caz i don't want to deceive my parents & i also can't share it with my family members.he says that his future is in my hands.our 2nd year exams r coming.he does not understands me.now what i will do.pl'z hlp me.itz urgent.pl'z,pl'z answer.
