GMA 950 (64 mb) Vs. NVIDIA GeForce 9400M with 128MB - will the NVIDIA screen quality be much better?

I'm comparing the 2008 Mac Mini with the 2009 Mac Mini, and aside from the graphics card I'm content to save and buy the 2008 model. I wonder, for normal computer usage (not playing games or video editing), is the advanced graphics card really going to give me a much better picture? I know its better for HD video or games, but what about just general usage?
