Do you agree that women should receive affirmative discrimination in interviews for jobs?

After all, you men gave kept us women out of good jobs for centuries. I believe that if a man and a woman both go for a job and the woman is similarly (or less) suited for the job, she should get it. Women have a lot of catching up to do in this male dominated society.
