Can I find out the gender of my unborn child at 12 weeks if the probe ultrasound was done?

I am 12 weeks pregnant and very recently had an ultrasound done using the internal probe (ouch). Anyway, when the doctor and I were looking at the monitor the baby went spread eagle and it looked to both me and the doctor as if this baby had a little . The doctor says we can't count on that to predict the gender this early but that it is a big baby and she definetly saw boy parts. I don't care what gender I get because a baby is a blessing no matter what is under the pampers. I'm just dyeing to know. What do all of you think?
