Anyone have experience with a child who has a patent foramen ovale (pfo) and a patent ductis arteriosus (pda)?

My son was diagnosed at birth with a pda and pfo. He is now going on 11 weeks and we are following up with the infant cardiologists to do an echo on Monday. I was just curious if anyone else had any experience with it and what was the outcome, did they close up? Need surgery? How long did they wait to close them? Any information would be appreciated. Thank you!!!
